Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page on our site or email convictxclothing@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Request a return within 14 days and place a new order for the size you want. Our drops are limited and we don't restock, so sizes are subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards cannot be returned.
